This is it. After nine incredible years at its original home, LOT 323 is heading into its final season at 115 W. Broad Street - and we’re going out loud, proud, and together!

For the summer of 2026, the The FAF Coalition is thrilled to welcome back the LOT 323 Summer Concert Series, bringing live music, creative energy, and that unmistakable downtown Woodbury magic back where it all began.

LOT 323 has never been just a venue. It’s been a launchpad for local musicians. A canvas for artists. A meeting place for neighbors who became friends. A pop-up that proved small spaces can spark big things. If you’ve danced here, volunteered here, brought your kids here, or stumbled in “just for a minute” and stayed all night—this season is for you!
